Also included is a Will Cover with instructions for signing the Will and an explanation of terminology. The signing or execution of the Will is extremely important and could render the Will invalid if not properly completed.

Simple DIY Wills could be just a couple of paragraphs, like this totally Free Plain English Will in Word© format, not the many pages in most professionally prepared Wills … but remember that the statute and case law relating to English Wills and Codicils, estates and beneficiaries has developed over 170 years can’t easily be fitted into a couple of paragraphs!.
The difference is that a professionally prepared Will from a solicitor or will writer includes clauses to cover eventualities to allow your loved ones to be cared for.
